Chatt Hills Ribbons for All! Clinic and Travel Madness.

Sunday, November 11, 2012 - 06:15

Chatt Hills' October event brought with it much success for Law Eventing. Billy Wiz picked up a 4th in the prelim, Toute de Suite brought home a 3rd in the prelim, sales horse Clifton Zander was 3rd in the training and What Law scored huge with a win in his very first intermediate!  On top of our success, our students performed equally as well with Ashley Dalton bringing home a top ribbon with her young horse Henry Knox and Ashley Leith placing well in the two star.

Two weeks later brought the Rocking Horse November event in which Leslie had a clean sweep of the open prelim with Michelle Mercier's Intrepid placing first, Beatrice Rey-Herme's Toute de Suite placing second, Clifton Zander (sales horse) placing third and Laura Duhmel's Patriot placing fourth!  Again, students did great with Ashley Dalton placing on both her training and prelim horses and past working student Christine riding double clear at her first training event with her horse.

The season is finally coming to an end and some of our horses are already on vacation with the rest finishing up the season at Ocala Horse Park's event next weekend.

Leslie has been clinicing like mad traveling to Ontario and Tennessee for clinics this month and as well traveling to the UK for a week of horse shopping with clients.

We have really enjoyed this summer/fall season but cannot wait for our slower Christmas break! Liam is celebrating his third birthday next weekend so we have a big Chuck E Cheese party to look forward to as well!
